Cohort 2023

Chili Symbol from the Noun Project

A polarized society, the ongoing challenges of a pandemic reality, and ever-rising inflation strain and stress on top of library workers’ already limited bandwidth. This 7-week program is intentionally lightweight to allow participants to make the most of it as they are able. We hope to gather feedback from participants throughout the program on topics of interest and collectively leverage these to build out additional community-led programs and resources. Check out the Cohort 2023 Schedule before you commit to signing up. We are limiting the cohort to 50 participants.

PeMento Experience: A community engaged experience of reflective practice. The core element is the affinity-based peer mentoring cohorts that we help facilitate.

Additional elements will include:

  • An orientation community call for anyone who would like to connect broadly with all participants in the cohort
  • Regularly scheduled cohort meet-up opportunities with facilitated discussion guides
  • Depending on topics of interest shared by participants, possibly a final webinar or shared learning opportunity. Smaller group sessions, using tags in the questionnaire for trajectory. Surfacing core concerns that can be shared
